Night Jaguars – Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

At Night Jaguars, all items are handmade with care. As a small arts and crafts business, we aim to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with UK consumer law.

1. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item:

  • Is faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose

If a fault is reported within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons (if opened)
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your order details

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or refund
  • Cover return postage where applicable
4. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to process the payment.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order
